And just the other day, didnt a typo lead to a Japanese trading selling 610,000 shares at 1 yen each, when they meant to sell one share for 610,000 yen. Yikes.. according to bbc news Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi said he did not want to see similar errors and called for new safety measures. I'm not suprised.
