Holidays at Last

This year the world decided to skip summer for our Emerald Isle. It's rained more days this summer than a usual wet and windy winter, and consecutively too. To stave off the onset of rickets I've come to the daunting conclusion that I have to take some holidays, and in doing so vacation somewhere sunny. To that end we've decided to experience the sights and sounds of "Old Europe" and in a bid to tackle global warming we're refraining from taking copious flights, instead opting for the grandeur and luxury of that most romantic of travel modes..the train. Or, you might say that Interrailing is the cheapo way to see the most of europe while staying in cramped hostels. If I get the chance to connect to the inter-tubes I may post some photos, hopefully sunny ones, along the way.
