Beepers and Gelato

So I'm glad to see I was wrong about some things I thought I wouldn't see after leaving Sydney - I've spotted a few places to buy Gelato, and they've even started using beepers (or at least at a Pho chain here). Everything is in the little differences though - lunchtime takeaway plastic boxes have been replaced by orange/brown styrofoam trays instead, probably even less recyclable. But there's even Bundaberg Ginger beer on sale in Waitrose supermarket, even if I haven't bought it because it costs an absolute fortune.
