6 hour delay

So I'm back at Kansai airpsrt barely 3 days after arriving. I thought it would be a straightforward wait for the plane but instead has kind of ruined our Taiwan trip. lost us some sleep in the hotel. When we checked in the apologetic North West Airlines staff said our departure time had been moved back from 7pm until 2am. They sweetened the deal for us by giving us a voucher for 1000 yen (less than 10euro) and entry into the executive lounge. I then got to go through the most thorough security check I've ever had. We hung around in the empty hall of the airport as the executive lounge smelled of BO from all the people jammed in their with their shoes off was quite full. But at midnight they handed out the crappy meals we would have had, had we been on the plane. free meals to everybody as a courtesy because of the slight delay. I will never fly North West again How could you ask for a nicer ariline! I figure we'll finally get to our hotel at 6am or so...I just feel sorry for all the middle aged Japanese whose guided tours probably start at 8am..
