Chicken Gyoza

Despite the huge size of London, there's scant few Japanese restaurants here, and fewer still that are run by actual Japanese people. This must go some way to explaining why I can only ever seem to find "Chicken Gyoza" here. I've never even heard of Chicken gyoza before - why is pork so expensive?
