Back on the Blog

Well it's been almost a year since I've posted anything here - a whole winter and summer and autumn in the UK with nary a mention of life in the UK. I can put most of the blame for that on being stuck in a stressful (though well paying I have to admit) job that left increasingly bummed out and not in the mood to blog. And also laziness. But as of next week, I start in a new place with a new job - a lot less money but hopefully a more relaxed future. The last ten months have been stressful enough with moving countries and trying to settle in (pretty bad timing to come here facing the worst summer for 100 years!), I've a load of half finished posts which I can hopefully start to backfill the rest of the year with.
